Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE] · Version: 4
Evaluation fees, reset fees, Instant account prices and add-ons pay for a service that starts as soon as you activate your account (an Instant account is active from purchase), so they are generally not refundable. This policy lists every case where we do refund, and how to ask. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. When you get money back
| Situation | What you get | How |
|---|---|---|
| Your funded account's first payout is approved (funded accounts earned through an evaluation only, never Instant accounts) | The evaluation fee you actually paid for the evaluation that earned that account (after any code, not including add-ons or resets), given back as account credit that expires after 180 days. Funded accounts sold under earlier rules get it as a cash refund instead | Added automatically when that payout is approved (the cash refund is paid with that payout) |
| You bought an evaluation and have not activated it or placed any trade, within 14 days of purchase | Full refund of that purchase, including its add-ons | Email us |
| You bought an Instant account and have not placed any trade, within 14 days of purchase | Full refund of that purchase, including its add-ons | Email us |
| You were charged twice for the same order, or charged for something you never received | Full refund of the extra or undelivered charge | Email us |
| A confirmed error in Lenium's own systems (not a market move, an outage at the exchange whose prices we use, or your own connection) caused your evaluation to fail or expire | A free reset of that account, or at our choice a refund of that attempt's fee | Email us within 14 days of the failure |
| We stop offering evaluations or Instant accounts, or your location becomes a Restricted Jurisdiction, before you start an evaluation you bought or place a trade in an Instant account you bought | Full refund of that purchase and its add-ons | Automatic, or email us |
| A refund is required by law | What the law requires | Email us |
2. When you do not get money back
- An evaluation that fails because the account reached its floor, the window expired, or you broke a Rule.
- An evaluation or funded account closed for a Prohibited Practice or other breach of the Terms.
- Changing your mind after you have activated an evaluation or placed a trade.
- Add-ons, once the account they were bought for has been activated. For an Instant account, "activated" means a trade was placed.
- A referral code you forgot to enter; codes cannot be added after purchase.
- Resets, once the reset attempt has been activated.
- A funded account that ends under its drawdown or inactivity rules. The fee back on the first payout is given only if a payout is approved before the account ends.
- An Instant account that ends under its drawdown or inactivity rules, or is closed for a breach. Instant accounts cannot be reset, and their price is never refunded or given back as credit with a payout.
- Account credit. Credit has no cash value and is never refunded or paid out in cash, including when it expires, is cancelled, or your account closes.
3. How to ask for a refund
Email support@lenium.capital from your account email with your order number and the reason. We will reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take longer to show them. We refund the amount you actually paid in cash, never more; account credit used on an order is not refunded in cash.
4. Cancelling
There are no subscriptions to cancel. You can close your account at any time as described in Section 19 of the Terms. Closing your account does not by itself make any fee refundable.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually fix problems faster. Section 7.5 of the Terms explains what happens to your accounts while a chargeback is open.
6. Affiliates
If a purchase is refunded or charged back, any affiliate commission on it is reversed.
7. Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any right you have under the consumer-protection law of the state where you live.
