Open worldwide to individuals who are 18years of age or older, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher, at the time of entry. Not open to residents of, or entries from, places under U.S. sanctions or where Sponsor can't provide prizes: Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Venezuela, Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk region and Luhansk region. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The giveaway starts October 14, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends November 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
During the Entry Period, join the Lenium waitlist at lenium.capital/giveaway or lenium.capital/waitlist, confirm you meet the age requirement, agree to these rules, and confirm your email address using the link we send you. An entry counts only once the email address is confirmed. Limit one base entry per person and per email address.
Bonus entries: you receive one additional entry for each person who joins the waitlist during the Entry Period using your personal invite link and confirms their email address. Sign-ups from your own network, from ineligible locations, or that are not confirmed do not count. Following Lenium on X and joining Lenium's Discord are optional and do not add entries. Demo bonus: you receive 3 additional entries if, during the Entry Period, you open a free Lenium demo account and submit the demo feedback form at lenium.capital/dashboard/feedback, filled in on that page. The demo is free and requires no purchase or payment. Feedback does not have to be positive, and its content does not affect your entries. The bonus entries are added to the giveaway entry with the same email address as the Lenium account that submitted the form. Limit one demo bonus per person, per email address and per Lenium account.
18 prizes, each one free simulated evaluation account on Lenium: 3 × $5,000 (approximate retail value $55 each); 3 × $10,000 (approximate retail value $85 each); 3 × $25,000 (approximate retail value $149 each); 3 × $50,000 (approximate retail value $289 each); 3 × $75,000 (approximate retail value $429 each); 3 × $100,000 (approximate retail value $549 each). Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $4,668.
A prize is a free evaluation, not a funded account: the winner must pass the evaluation under Lenium's standard rules like any other customer. All accounts are simulated and trade virtual balances; no real money is traded. Prizes are delivered when Lenium launches, are not transferable and have no cash value. Account sizes are assigned to winners at random. If Lenium does not launch, no prizes will be awarded.
Winners are selected in a random drawing after the Entry Period ends, from all eligible entries received. Each entry is one chance; no person can win more than one prize. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. [PLACEHOLDER: drawing date; who conducts it]
